Excellent customer service! Their sales representative is very help and responds right away. My hot tub stopped working and they helped me step by step to replace my original spa pack with gecko. I was stuck in quarantine at the start of winter with my spa being my only luxury. The circuit board had fried and the manufacturer could not provide a replacement. Spa 911 to the rescue! I ordered a new spa pack, which cost less than the circuit board. The package arrived quickly and was very easy to setup. I'm very pleased and will be placing an order for the WiFi module. Merci!

Denis was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to ask me questions about our hot tub problem and offered a few potential solutions. It is evident that he knows his stuff. We agreed to first try a heater. The heater arrived rapidly and that cured our problem. Dealing with Spa911.ca was an extremely positive experience. I will definitely contact them for future needs. SPA991.ca : Very efficient and professional service. I saved at least 20% on the price of the part I bought, then I could not start it and Denis helped me over the phone to start the pumps. I have bought a heating element in the past and a cover lifter just this week. Delivery time was fantastic and pricing is very competitive I recommend to deal with Spa 911 to anybody with a hot tub.

Fantastic pricing and customer service. Ordered a new pump, best price I could find (including ordering from the US) and it arrived the next day as promised. Went to install it 2 months later and discovered the pump wouldn’t fit. No problem at all... Denis said “we want you to be happy and back in your spa ASAP”. They shipped a new pump out that day (which fit) and had me return the incorrect pump and reimbursed the shipping cost! Can’t beat that for prompt, hassle free service. Needless to say I’m very happy and back in the hot tub! Thank you Denis. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend spa911 to anyone looking for parts.

Recently I had trouble with my hot tub and needed some assistance in fixing the problem. I needed information and help diagnosing the problem as well as direction on what parts I needed to purchase. I came across Spa 911 on the website and decided to call them. The owner of the company Denis was awesome. He was patient and helpful above and beyond anyone I've encountered in any service industry. I have little knowledge of hot tubs and he was able to provide me with all the correct parts. In our many conversations over the phone, he guided me through what ended up being refurbishing my hot tub. He was available and very keen to help. I would strongly recommend his company, it was a pleasure dealing with him. At one point I was ready to give up and purchase a new hot tub and he encouraged me to keep on trying to fix the hot tub and in the end, I was successful.
