The circuit board had fried and the manufacturer could not provide a replacement. Spa 911 to the rescue! I ordered a new spa pack, which cost less than the circuit board. The package arrived quickly and was very easy to setup. I'm very pleased and will be placing an order for the WiFi module. Merci!

Went to install it 2 months later and discovered the pump wouldn’t fit. No problem at all... Denis said “we want you to be happy and back in your spa ASAP”. They shipped a new pump out that day (which fit) and had me return the incorrect pump and reimbursed the shipping cost! Can’t beat that for prompt, hassle free service. I needed information and help diagnosing the problem as well as direction on what parts I needed to purchase. I came across Spa 911 on the website and decided to call them. The owner of the company Denis was awesome. He was patient and helpful above and beyond anyone I've encountered in any service industry. I have little knowledge of hot tubs and he was able to provide me with all the correct parts. In our many conversations over the phone, he guided me through what ended up being refurbishing my hot tub. He was available and very keen to help. I would strongly recommend his company, it was a pleasure dealing with him. At one point I was ready to give up and purchase a new hot tub and he encouraged me to keep on trying to fix the hot tub and in the end, I was successful.
